For Art Sake moved to Scone in 2008 and has never looked back.  Previously we were located in Perth Mart – along from Dobbies, and enjoyed 4 years in that venue.  

We encourage painters of all ages and abilities to come along and enjoy creating, whether it be on Ceramic or Canvas. 

I personally have been involved in the Ceramic Industry for over 20 years and gained qualifications from Gare and Duncan alike.  My interest started at an evening class when my children were young, and I worked in the Insurance Industry with painting bespoke orders in the evenings.  Once they had finished their education, I chose Ceramic painting and teaching as my full time occupation - this is my passion and I love sharing all the knowledge and experience that I have gained with my customers, and know this is partly what brings people back, time after time.

Recently my business has branched into Cow Canvases, which I love as every Cow has its own personality!  The canvases can be painted to order, or for sale in my various outlets.

Our business is built around helping, encouraging and inspiring and I hope we can share this with you soon!!

Workshops

Throughout the year we offer Adults and Children different, exciting projects which are taught by myself, step by step.
The Adult workshops are usually held on a Sunday afternoon, and a wee cup of tea and lots of chat are included!! 
The Childrens workshops are held around the school holidays, i.e. April, Summer, Halloween and Christmas!  They are suitable for all school ages and run for a 2 hour period where the children are left with us and are provided with a snack and juice.
